The Great Green JOGLE 2026

Raising money for Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital

Less Screen. More Green.

Hi, I'm Harry, I'm 12 years old, and this summer I'm setting off on my fifth long-distance cycling adventure across Britain.

When I was eight years old, I discovered that the best adventures aren't found on a screen—they're found out in the real world. Since then I've cycled the length of Britain from south to north, then back again the following year, and then the double a year later and now I'm ready for my fifth adventure.

This year I'm taking on my fastest challenge yet: cycling more than 1,100 miles from the very north of Scotland to Cornwall in under 21 days.

My dad and I want to make the journey about more than simply reaching the finish line. We'll be travelling entirely under our own power, carrying everything we need, camping wherever we can, and planning our route to visit as many parkruns and junior parkruns as possible. For us, parkrun is all about community, friendship and encouraging people to enjoy the outdoors, and we hope to meet lots of amazing people along the way.

I'm also raising money for Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital because I love wildlife, especially hedgehogs. Every mile we cycle will take us through the countryside that animals call home, so it feels right to help an organisation that works every day to rescue, treat and return injured wildlife to where it belongs.

If this adventure inspires just one more family to swap a day on the sofa for a day outdoors, then that would be just as special as reaching the finish.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Tiggywinkles continue their incredible work and will encourage me every time the road gets a little steeper.

Thank you for supporting my adventure—and for helping prove that the very best adventures can't be downloaded.

Ride. Run. Camp. Care.
